Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy is a light touch, holistic therapy that encourages the body's natural healing response. Gentle and powerful, it can be used to treat a range of physical and mental imbalances in everyone from newborns through to the elderly.

Craniosacral therapy is performed with light holds, with the client fully clothed and is non-invasive and safe. During a treatment session the practitioner tunes in and ‘listens’ to the body and energy system and allows the body and the entire system to unwind and release. Craniosacral therapy can be profoundly relaxing and healing. It calms and soothes the nervous system and aids the release of trauma from the body.

Craniosacral therapy supports the entire body and mind. Treatments give space, comfort and support to the whole self, allowing the nervous system, the physical body and the emotions to settle and move towards a renewed state of balance and health.
